By using MailmanLists' mailing-list hosting services you agree to abide by the following Terms and conditions of use.
MailmanLists applies accepted industry standards of security and make all reasonable efforts to keep its servers secure. It's impossible for anyone to guarantee 100% security of computer systems. Knowing this, you agree to not hold MailmanLists liable for any damage caused by breaches of data privacy regulations (or misuse of data) by you or any third party.
If within 15 days you find that Mailman (or our service) doesn't meet your requirements, or you've simply changed your mind, your payment will be refunded -- no questions asked. Please note that sending hundreds of emails doesn't reasonably qualify as testing. Please contact us for refunds. We refund through PayPal.
Invoices for renewal are generated 15 days before a list's expiry date and automated reminder notices emailed to customers. Customers can then sign-in to their Account to pay the invoice.
A second renewal reminder is sent 5 days before expiry and then again on the day of the day of expiry. If the list hasn't been renewed within 5 days after expiry, it is suspended. Suspended lists are then kept for an additional 25 days, then removed completely. Customers can renew (reactivate) suspended lists during that time via their Account.
Invoices are generated in the customer's chosen currency (USD, EUR, AUD, GBP) and billing-cycles are: 3-monthly; 6-monthly; or annually. Customers can, via their account, change their currency and billing-cycle at any time.
Payments are processed by PayPal and can be made with a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or a PayPal account. MailmanLists does not collect or store credit card information, and does not collect VAT or GST.
MailmanLists will decline an order if, in our opinion, it appears the intent is to send unsolicited emails. If we decline an order, payment is refunded via PayPal. Additionally, the buyer is informed of our decision by email. If the buyer repeats the order, the payment is refunded however an administration fee is deducted.
MailmanLists cannot make any warranty about the reliability of the mailing-list hosting services or guarantee the security of user data despite best efforts.
Services are provided 'as is' and you agree to not hold MailmanLists responsible, nor to seek indemnification, for any damages or loss that may arise as a result of any failure.
